BANQUETS
The Olde Mill Steakhouse is a place for groups any size for office luncheons, meetings, dinner banquets, wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners. We can offer sit-down service for 120 persons. For larger groups, the entire restaurant can be reserved. We can tailor the menu to suit your needs.

CATERING
We can provide off-premise catering for up to 500 people. We are flexible with menus, themes etc. Please contact us and let us know of your needs. We would be delighted to cater your next event.

OFFICE LUNCHEONS
Please let us know of your meeting requirements, we would be glad to assist you with your setup needs.

DEPOSIT
We require 25% of the food amount as a deposit with confirmation. The deposit will be credited to your final bill on the day of the function.

SET-UP
The set-up fee for banquets and parties is $50.00-$250.00, depending on the size of the party. The set-up fee for weddings is $1.000.00.

PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards and cash only.

TAXES AND GRATUITIES
All of the Banquets and Parties will be subject to appropriate Sales Tax and 18% Gratuity.

In order for us to facilitate the best service it is advisable to adhere to the following parameters:
Under 20 Attendees -- 3 Menu Selections
Under 30 Attendees -- 2 Menu Selections
30 and above -- 1 Menu Selection

Quality:

We feature USDA Choice or higher grade beef.
Our specification calls for the top 20% of choice grade or higher.

Aging:

All of our beef is aged for at least 30 days by controlling Temperature and Humidity while in storage.
Aging makes beef tender and more flavorful.

Cuts:

We only cut from the finest parts of the steer.
Because we cut steaks fresh every day, you get the advantage of freshness and aging for a great steak everytime.

Grilling:

We grill to your specifications on our Charbroiler. Our standards of aging make our steaks naturally tender and juicy.
We recommend rare to medium only.

Olde Mill Dinner Selections include Entree, House Salad, Sour Dough Bread and Butter and your choice of Potato or Rice. Guaranteed number due one week prior to event.
