We feature USDA Choice or higher grade beef.
Our specification calls for the top 20% of choice grade or higher.

Aging:
All of our beef is aged for at least 30 days by controlling Temperature and Humidity while in storage.
Aging makes beef tender and more flavorful. |
Cuts:
We only cut from the finest parts of the steer.
Because we cut steaks fresh every day, you get the advantage of freshness and aging for a great steak everytime. |
Grilling:
We grill to your specifications on our Charbroiler. Our standards of aging make our steaks naturally tender and juicy.
We recommend rare to medium only. |
